Knowledge 2025: That’s a Wrap—And the Best Is Yet to Come

And just like that, Knowledge 2025 is in the books—and what an incredible few days it’s been!
We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who made this year’s event such a success: the ServiceNow community, our customers, our session attendees, the ServiceNow team, and all of the new faces who stopped by our booths for a demo, a conversation, or simply to say hello. Knowledge 2025 was packed with energy, innovation, and a shared passion for reimagining what’s possible on the ServiceNow platform—and xtype was thrilled to be a part of it.
A Week of Innovation, Conversation, and Connection
Over the past three days, Las Vegas became the epicenter for ServiceNow’s most passionate customers, developers, and thought leaders. This year’s focus on Agentic AI and intelligent automation pushed the boundaries of what the Now Platform can do—and xtype was proud to show how we’re helping teams unlock that potential safely, efficiently, and at scale.
From day one, our main Expo Booth #4518 and our AI Innovation Zone Booth #AIS15 were buzzing with activity. Across hundreds of conversations, a few themes kept coming up:
- How can we accelerate ServiceNow delivery without increasing operational risk?
- How do we free resources to adopt ServiceNow Agentic AI more quickly?
- How can we eliminate the bottlenecks and delays of ServiceNow implementations?
These questions are exactly why xtype exists—and why the conversations we had at Knowledge 2025 were so exciting. There’s a growing understanding that speed without governance leads to chaos, but teams can achieve speed and safety with the multi-instance management platform from xtype.

Governance-Driven Deployments: Ensuring Compliance & Efficiency in ServiceNow
Both of our governance roundtable sessions, led by Tim Provin, sold out quickly—and attendees brought fantastic questions. We explored how the Multi-Instance Management Platform from xtype gives ServiceNow platform teams real-time visibility, enforces policy-driven deployments, and accelerates delivery while reducing risk.
The enthusiasm showed how critical governance has become for ServiceNow platform owners as they scale—and how xtype is uniquely positioned to help.
Governance & Agility: Dominion Energy’s ServiceNow Blueprint
In one of our most well-received sessions, Doug Taylor from Dominion Energy and xtype’s Scott Willson shared how Dominion is tackling ServiceNow governance challenges in a heavily regulated environment.
Doug’s real-world insights into building visibility and supporting rapid delivery resonated with platform owners and CoE leaders looking to evolve their ServiceNow strategy beyond reactive firefighting.
Agentic AI: Preflight Update Set Validation
Last but not least, we were thrilled to introduce the xtype Preflight AI Agent—our Agentic AI-powered update set viability tool. Built on the ServiceNow Agentic AI framework, the xtype Preflight AI Agent helps teams catch naming errors, missing or meaningless descriptions, and potential update set conflicts before deployment—reducing rework and boosting delivery efficiency.
The demos at our AI Innovation Zone booth sparked fantastic conversations about the future of intelligent problem preemption in ServiceNow implementations.

More than anything, Knowledge 2025 proved that the ServiceNow community is thinking bigger and smarter. Platform owners, developers, architects, and transformation leaders know that AI, automation, and faster delivery aren’t optional anymore—they’re essential.
